Posters Display Schedule:
There will be two (2) poster sessions at ISMB/ECCB 2017.
Session A: Posters on display Saturday, July 22 and Sunday, July 23
Session B: Posters on display Monday, July 24 and Tuesday, July 25
Please review the schedule below for poster set-up, poster presentation and poster removal times. (If you can not find your poster please contact submissions@iscb.org and provide either your submission ID or presentation title)
Posters on Display:
Session A: (July 22 and July 23)
Session A Posters set up: Saturday, July 22 between 7:30 am - 10:00 am, Prague Congress Centre,
Congress Foyer, Level 2
Poster Help Desk located in Congress Foyer, Level 2 available – 7:30 am - 10:00 am
Session A Posters should be removed at 7:00 pm, Sunday, July 23.
Session B: (July 24 and July 25)
Session B Posters set up: Monday, July 24 between 7:30 am - 10:00 am, Prague Congress Centre,
Congress Foyer, Level 2
Poster Help Desk located in Congress Foyer, Level 2 available – 7:30 am - 10:00 am
Session B Posters should be removed at 4:30 pm, Tuesday, July 25.
- Session A: Odd Numbered Posters – 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Saturday, July 22
- Session A: Even Numbered Posters – 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Sunday, July 23
- Session B: Odd Numbered Posters – 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm, Monday, July 24
- Session B: Even Numbered Posters – 1:00 pm - 2:00 pm, Tuesday, July 25
Posters not removed at outlined times will be taken down and placed on side tables. ISCB will not be responsible for damaged or missing posters.
Print your posters in Prague
To print your posters in Prague send your poster, in PDF format, to: smichov@copygeneral.cz no later than July 19 for pick up on Friday July 21 or Saturday, July 22. Remember your poster should not exceed the following dimensions 0.95 m (wide) x 1.30 m (high). Confirm if you want matte or glossy when you order.
- 25% off the poster price (final approximate price is 673,- with VAT)
- Choice of two materials (matte or glossy thick paper)
