All poster presenters will be in-person and are strongly ecouraged to upload an mp4 and pdf of their poster to the virtual poster theater, thus providing more exposure of your work.
Authors who upload a mp4 video to their poster within the virtual Poster Theater, will be given credit for a flash talk within their certificate of presentation at the conference.
Files will be uploaded to the virtual conference platform no later than April 10, 2026. The video is part of the video library and all registered delegates will be able to view their poster through the conference platform. All poster presenters are required to have a physical poster to display in Cambridge
