Computational Postdoctoral Fellow for Single Cell Research

Position Highlights:
• Will be responsible for developing and applying statistical methods and/or computational tools for analyzing and visualizing single cell omics data and treatment prediction.
• Opportunities to interact directly with bioinformaticians, and biostatisticians, translational, clinical researchers, to develop methods or tools for analyzing patient single cell data.
Qualifications
The Ideal Candidate:
• A highly motivated and independent researcher with a strong quantitative scientific background and programming skills.
• Research experiences in machine learning, and/or interactive tool development.
• Ability to learn new tools and knowledge
Credentials and Qualifications: PhD in Data Science, Bioinformatics, Biostatistics, Computer Science, or related fields.
Preferred:
• Experience in developing open-source software and/or interactive web-based tools.
• Experience of integration of multi-omics data
• Experience with cluster environments or cloud computing.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
