Postdoctoral Associate - Munger Lab
The Jackson Laboratory
United States-ME
The successful candidate will integrate large genetic and multi-dimensional genomic datasets from bulk tissues down to individual cells to (1) infer the gene regulatory networks responsible for maintaining pluripotency and driving cell fate decisions; (2) identify key components of these systems that are particularly sensitive to genetic variation; and (3) define the genetic basis for cellular heterogeneity in these processes. The postdoc will take advantage of existing methods used by the lab, including quantitative trait locus mapping and mediation analysis, and will also be encouraged to develop novel computational approaches to achieve these goals. Candidates with experience at the bench
