Postdoctoral Fellowship - integrative single-cell genomics

We are seeking postdoctoral fellows for research projects in computational genomics, with a special focus on cancer and brain development.
Candidates will conceive analytical approaches to interrogate genetic/epigenetic/expression data. We emphasize integration of heterogeneous data types, including single-cell RNA-Seq, bulk expression data, ChIP-Seq and chromatin accessibility profiles, among others. Several projects are available for the candidate to choose from; applicants will also have the freedom to propose their own projects, as long as they fit with our general interests.
Two funded positions are immediately available, with competitive salaries and the possibility of remote work
Qualifications
Doctoral degree in computer science, bioinformatics, statistics, molecular biology, genetics or a related field. If the degree is in biological sciences, proven experience in computational biology is required.
Unix and programming skills are essential
Experience within one of the following areas is an asset, but not required: cancer genomics, neuroscience, single-cell analysis, machine learning, high-dimensional data visualization
Excellent oral and written English communication skills
