The Center for Human Identification at Univ of North Texas Health Science Center, located at Fort Worth, TX, is the globally leader in forensic genomics. As the center is growing and expanding to genomics and associated omics research, we are actively seeking talented postdoctoral fellows, who are interested in bioinformatics, genomics, multi-omics and related fields. The postdoctoral fellows may work on current on-going projects and also are encouraged to explore new research projects/fields.
Qualifications
We are accepting applications from talented and enthusiastic candidates who are interested in an integrated and interdisciplinary research laboratory system. The applicants should have a Ph.D. or equivalent in bioinformatics, computational sciences, statistics, mathematics or other relevant fields. Candidates holding a degree in genomics/medical science/chemistry/life sciences are also welcome to apply if they have an extensive background in computational or statistical work. Applicants with a background in human genomics, pharmacogenomics, microbial genomics, or human disease research will be preferentially considered.
