The Brito Lab studies host-microbiome interactions that impact disease. Specifically, we are focused on protein-protein interactions that impact host immune, physiological and metabolic function. We use systems biology approaches, including high-throughput assays, DNA/RNA sequencing, computational genomics methods. We are seeking candidates with experience in high-throughput screening approaches, protein work, computational genomics.
Qualifications
PhD in relevant field. Quantitative background is a plus. Previous work with PPIs is a plus. Publications highlighting your skillset.
